I was really excited to try this place but I feel that they screwed me on my order. I needed a large roll for a date night. I specifically asked about sizes and was told that the Katie's delight was 12 pieces. even though it was a lot more $$, I went for it. I asked we could hold off deep frying it since I wouldn't be eating it for an hour, and they said sure. When I got the food it was only eight pieces. I understand that deep frying would reduce the size a bit, but frying does not add so much mass that it would only be 75% of the original size. Since they knew size was the biggest factor in my decision, I kindly asked for partial refund or some extra food to make up for the difference and they refused. look, I normally don't care about this stuff. But money is tight. I was just trying to do a nice date night for my spouse. I shouldn't have to pay $23 for these tiny things. Surely then they must be truly delicious rolls for them to so firmly stick to their ridiculous prices? no. not really. I should have gone next door to Harris teeter because they were nothing special. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back.

Me and my father came here to get lunch (I wanted sushi so we wanted something that serves both sushi and what my father would eat) and this place was a great option! The fried sushi is really good and they have multiple options for dessert, drinks, and snacks! The service there was really good we got our food in about 5-7min. Not to mention they have a whole bookshelf full of Manga to read while your enjoying a drink or waiting, such as death note! They also have a gaming console too. Very nice in there! Only the smell was a little odd (probably cause of the fish). Would've taken pictures to show my sister what they had, forgot to though.

This an excellent place for young people to grab a bite, read manga and play computer games. If you are used to fine dining this place is not for you. The sandwiches are very reasonably priced and come with a lot of fries. We didn't try the Japanese food but it looked OK. The staff is super nice and the service is excellent. I think it's a good place for a quick lunch.

Toshi’s is one of my favorite local eateries. The katsu-don bowl is my favorite. Japanese soul food. They have mega man waiting for you if you dare… just don’t beat my highest score.

This was the best shrimp tempura I have ever had. I also ordered the Philly roll, which was amazing. They were super friendly. Highly recommend. I had four of my rolls gone within 1 minute of being in my car! 😂
